Facts about my story:

My husband, a year before his passing away from Cancer decided to buy a home for me so I could stay close to my daughter.
My daughter and I together decided to purchase two homes in August, 2013 and paid over 2.5 crores to Sahara City Homes, Lucknow.
It has been 5 years since our completion of payment and there is no sign of us being able to get our deposit back.
We reached out to the Prime Minister Modi, there has been no response or support.
We reached out to the press and media, that has had no impact
We took the case to UP-RERA and won the case, the court has not been able to make Sahara Comply with their orders
To all the investors in India, please be aware of the rampant fraud and scam. There is Open Bribery and fraud in this country.

मेरे पति, कैंसर से गुजरने से एक साल पहले मेरे लिए घर खरीदने का फैसला किया ताकि मैं अपनी बेटी के करीब रह सकूं।
मेरी बेटी और मैंने मिलकर अगस्त, 2013 में दो घर खरीदने का फैसला किया और सहारा सिटी होम्स, लखनऊ को 2.5 करोड़ से अधिक का भुगतान किया।
हमारे भुगतान के पूरा होने में 5 साल हो गए हैं और हमें अपनी जमा राशि वापस पाने में सक्षम होने का कोई संकेत नहीं है।
हम प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के पास पहुंचे, कोई प्रतिक्रिया या समर्थन नहीं मिला है।
हम प्रेस और मीडिया तक पहुंच गए, जिसका कोई असर नहीं हुआ
हम मामले को यूपी-आरईआरए में ले गए और केस जीत गए, कोर्ट उनके आदेशों का पालन नहीं कर पाई
भारत के सभी निवेशकों को, कृपया बड़े पैमाने पर धोखाधड़ी और घोटाले के बारे में पता करें। इस देश में ओपन रिश्वत और धोखाधड़ी है।
